Payment: All fees for the training programs must be paid in full before the start of the course. Payment options include Online payment methods, Credit card, Debit card,If payment is not made, access to training will not be granted.
Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases where the training is canceled by the institute or under circumstances specified in our refund policy.

3. Course Materials and Training Equipment

Materials Provided: We provide the necessary course materials and training equipment for your training. You are expected to follow the usage guidelines provided by the institute.
Use of Equipment: Any damage caused to the training equipment due to negligence or misuse may result in additional charges or suspension from the program.

4. Medical Fitness

If you fail to meet the required medical standards, you may be unable to continue training.

All training materials, including manuals, videos, simulations, and other content provided by Pankh Pilot Platform are the intellectual property of the institute and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the materials for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Institute: In the event Pankh Pilot Platform cancels a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the affected students.
Cancellation by Student: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing. Refunds may be available as per the terms outlined in the refund policy, which may depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to the start date of the course.

Refund Policy

At Pankh Pilot Platform we offer a clear refund policy for students who wish to withdraw from their programs.

Before Program Starts: Students who cancel before the course begins are eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable registration & administrative fee.
Within 7 Days of Program Start: Students who withdraw within the first 7 days are eligible for a partial refund, with a deduction of a twenty five percentage of the total tuition fee.
After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the first 7 days of the program.
Special Circumstances: Refunds may be granted for medical or family emergencies, with proper documentation.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, accommodation fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and processed within 15 business days.
